I try to leave the smallest packaging foot print I can. If I can recycle packaging materials I will.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders ship USPS First Class International. This is the most cost effective way to allow me to provide international customers with my products. The difference in this and Priority is so great that if you would like faster shipping, please contact me so I can give you an accurate quote.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, it is illegal for me to pay these for you. Please be aware of your countries fees when placing your order.

COMBINED SHIPPING
I do this whenever possible and any shipping overages will be refunded immediately when the shipping label is purchased.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

If you would like a custom order, please request it from any of my listings by clicking the “Request Custom Order” button. You will then be able to describe what you would like to order and when you need it. I will then create a custom private listing just for you to complete the transaction.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds will be issued unless there is damage to the product from shipping or there has been a mistake on my part (ie. I messed up your order). Please note that every item I make, is unique. No two products are the same and as such, your item will not be identical to any of my listings. This means you get something that is one of a kind that no one else will have! Slight differences in graphic representation such as text, state, etc. should be expected. With engraving, some engravings may be darker than others.

Please keep in mind that colors vary from screen to screen and from device to device. I do not issue refunds for color variances between a physical item and the pictured item unless you order red and get blue for example.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PROOF

You will receive a proof if you order a personalized item. This proof may be sent before your items set ship date. Proofs will not be sent before purchase.
